I was thankful to be able to address the praise and worship team of Kitale Baptist Church. Although technical aspects were presented, they found the simple truths of the Word to be timely. I spoke of preparation, unity and issued a challenge--do not let next year find you the same, or you are not being a good steward of the gift God has placed in you.
Increase in the natural, practice, but spend time in His presence. Worship Him. It’s the only place where we change. It’s in time spent with Him that we learn to articulate His heart and His song in words and instruments. Prophesy on those instruments!

Our team joined in the leading of praise and worship in Kitale Baptist Church, Kitale, Kenya and also taught a praise and worship seminar in the neighboring town of Nzoia. As a result of the seminar, a worship team was formed in the church there and played for the first time the following Sunday.

It revolutionized their service. As a result, Pastor John Wanyonyi expressed his sincere gratitude for revealing the strategy of warfare through praise and worship. "We will never be the same," he said.
