Kenya Comments from the Chief

By: Victoria L. Krynock

The following is a letter from Chief Z. Injendi Mwalati of Lukeme, Kenya. His village is where we held a 5-day crusade in 1999 and thousands of people gave their lives to Christ. The Chief himself was among them. If you remember, he gifted Cliff and Victoria Krynock with a ram as a thank you.

On our video presentation we included footage and songs from two of the three schools in his area. As a way of continuing support to that area, Global Outreach donated school supplies to his schools through Pastor Julius Mbagaya of Lighthouse Team Ministries. This is part of his response:

Dear Sir/Madam:

I acknowledge to have read yours (our correspondence) early May and at the same time received donation in material forms to 3 schools in my location. Items received were – exercise books, pencils, blackboard rulers, rubbers. In turn the donations were handed over to individual schools. The schools were: 1. Bulupi Primary School, 2. Mukangolo Primary School, 3. Lukume Secondary School. Kindly receive the enclosed photos during my handing over of the donations.

The students, teachers and parents, plus the West Kabras location entire community was very thankful and happy with the donations. Kindly receive their name and blessing through Chief.

As Chief, I was very thankful to Global Outreach Ministry for visiting and ministering the word of God to my people. May I once again thank you for visiting my home and praying my family and the burnt house and accepting the small present I gave out to you (ram).
