Clifford and Victoria Krynock

Global Outreach Services, Inc. is the heartbeat of Clifford and Victoria Krynock, and the fulfillment of a God-given dream from childhood. Officially started on January 1, 1999 the ministry was birthed from their desire to see Christians work together across denominational lines. (This ministry was deliberately set up as a non-denominational organization.) The first team to travel to Kenya on the first mission’s trip was comprised of five people from four different churches! Thus, establishing the precedence of working across denominational boundaries.

The Vision of Global Outreach Services, Inc. has always been a commitment to equipping and training indigenous pastors and leaders to do the work of the ministry effectively. After working in the outreach ministry, it soon became apparent a better way was needed to raise money for the work, rather than constantly soliciting for donations. Creating a system of industry to bring finances into the ministry and also empower individual churches to be come independent was born.

This industry will eliminate the “hand-out” mentality among many people of developing nations and create financial independence rather than financial dependence. The value of creating self-worth in individuals and churches is priceless. By working to equip and train the indigenous for effective Christian leadership and by developing industry within their community prevents any “white Savior” attitude on our part. It is our intentions to preserve the culture of the various people groups not re-create them into our image.

Clifford and Victoria were anointed by Prophet Kim Clement and his team along with Pastor C.L. Johnston in February of 1999 for their work not only as missionaries, but as sent ones with apostolic power. Years of preparation were completed. Clifford had been ordained into the ministry on November 10, 1979 and served 12 years as an Associate Pastor. He has also been the Worship Leader in several churches over a period of 20 years. Victoria graduated from Firelands Bible Training Center and has served alongside her husband in church leadership, music, women’s ministry, dance, and children’s ministry. They are the parents of two children: Jason Israel and Abigail Anne Steffens, both of whom are also involved in ministry.

Because the last commission Jesus gave while here on earth was to “Go…and make disciples of all the nations…” (Mt. 28:19), it is their commitment to labor wherever the Holy Spirit leads, whether here in the United States or abroad. Click here to read more.

For Global Outreach Services, Inc. to accomplish its goals abroad, it is necessary to find indigenous leaders that have proven character and a similar approach to ministry. We look for mature men and women of character and integrity. Click here to read more.

We believe it is imperative for any ministry to work together as a team. Besides coordinating teams for mission trips, Global Outreach Services, Inc. works with an Advisory Board and also receives instruction and advice from the GLAD Network ministry.

Financial integrity is of utmost importance to this ministry. As you can see by the chart below, the majority of monies donated to Global Outreach Services, Inc. is utilized to do the work of the ministry not for administrative purposes.
